Works are due to commence this week on the demolition of the existing Horsa kitchen followed by the construction of a new single storey classroom block.
The existing temporary pre-school building will be in use during the construction of the new kitchen building. This will then be demolished after the nearby temporary classroom is remodelled for the new pre-school and relocated to the school playing field.
Secured under the Suffolk County Council Framework, valued at £1.22 million these works are due to be complete in November 2017.
