New Building Contract Awarded - Co-location of Riverwalk Early Years Facility at Sextons Manor School, Bury St Edmunds
Commencing on Site November 2016, due for Completion April 2017
As part of the Suffolk County Council/Concertus Framework Agreement, we are delighted to announce we have secured the contract for the Riverwalk Early Years facility at Sextons Manor School in Bury St Edmunds.
Valued at just under £1 Million, our works include the construction of a new single storey standalone annexe building to the North of the site, providing 2nr classbases, office, sensory room and associated ancillary accommodation.
Other works include extensions to the existing car park and the removal of a double temporary classroom, with associated new drainage and hard/soft landscaping.
