Groundwork sub-contractor package for Croudace Homes on London Road, Great Shelford.
The project included new access roads, associated drainage, foundations, hard landscaping to plots, installation of block and beam flooring system and installation of services to 90 units. Works also included 278 agreement works to the existing highway.
