Within the grounds of the historic County Hall buildings, Bond Street in Ipswich Town Centre, the project comprised of 28nr 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments for Rainbow Developments in partnership with Suffolk Housing Society.
A mixture of private and affordable housing was constructed in one large four storey block based on traditional masonry construction throughout. Hand cut roofs, natural slate roof coverings, antique stonework and timber windows to blend in with the adjacent listed buildings of County Hall.
