This project comprised of 15nr dwellings comprising of 3nr 1 bed 2 person, 6nr 2 bed 4 person, 2nr 3 bed 5 person and 4nr 2 bed 3 person dwellings.
The project included a new adoptable access road, piled foundations, air source heat pumps coupled with underfloor heating as the primary heat source and triple glazed windows. These were built to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. The project also involved close liaison with Norfolk Archaeological Unit as we were building alongside an ancient monument.
