We Are Proud to Become Signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant

We are delighted to announce that we have officially become signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect. By signing the Covenant, we are demonstrating our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognising the valuable skills, experience and dedication that service personnel, veterans and military families bring.

As a signatory, we are committed to:

• Promoting fair treatment for members of the Armed Forces community.
• Supporting veterans, reservists, service leavers and military families where we can.
• Encouraging an inclusive workplace that values the unique skills and experiences gained through military service.
• Playing our part in ensuring that those who serve, or have served, are not disadvantaged because of their service.

We are proud to join the growing number of organisations across the UK that have pledged their support through the Armed Forces Covenant. This commitment reflects our values and our ongoing dedication to supporting our communities and creating opportunities for all.
