Bibb Way

This project has two sperate lots, Lot 1 and Lot 3.

Lot 1 consists of 39nr units with works including;

• Site preparation including removal of contamination as required
• Fifteen new build houses comprised of 9nr 2 bed units & 6nr 3 bed units
• Twelve new build apartments (Block A) comprised of 9nr 1 bed units & 3nr 2 bed units
• Twelve new build apartments (Block B) comprised of 9nr 1 bed units & 3nr 2 bed units
• Associated drainage and external works within the site boundary

Lot 3 consists of 33nr units with works including;

• Site preparation including removal of contamination as required
• Sixteen new build houses comprised of 14nr 2 bed units & 2nr 3 bed units
• Seventeen new build apartments (Block C) comprised of 14nr 1 bed units & 3nr 2 bed units
• Associated drainage and external works within the site boundary
