Following the demolition of the existing warehouse and redundant offices, A new 3500 m2 distribution warehouse was constructed, incorporating a new conveyor bridge over the main estate road from the manufacturing facility.
Other works including office refurbishments, new mains services provisions and on-site sewer and rising water main diversions.
