Within an existing occupied sheltered housing complex, we undertook the general refurbishment of 31nr flats through several carefully planned phases.
The works included stripping out and replacing the electrical and mechanical services, bathrooms, kitchens, floor coverings, decorations and external windows and doors.
Various DDA upgrades were also incorporated within the circulation areas.
