Lawford Pavilion, Essex

Constructed in 2 Phases. Phase 1 works included the building of a new sports pavilion with associated external drainage, pumping main and sewer extensions. The pavilion contains 4 changing rooms, kitchen, hall and bar area.

Phase 2 comprised of the demolition of the existing clubhouse to allow for a new car parking facility.
