The Works comprised site clearance and the design and construction of twelve (12 No.) new dwellings for Social Rent. The development included all associated external works such as planting, landscaping, and fencing, along with the provision of services, private drainage, adoptable roads, and adoptable pumped sewers to support the new homes.

The site was situated on a constrained parcel of land surrounded on all sides by existing residential properties, which presented a number of challenges during both the construction phase. Careful consideration was required to manage access, minimise disruption to neighbouring residents, and control noise, dust, and working hours, while ensuring the safe delivery of the works within a tightly confined environment.
