Following significant site clearance and reduction of levels, we have constructed a new 3 storey CDT Block in Kenilworth Gardens, Westcliff On Sea.

Using piled foundations, concrete retaining walls, structural steel frame, hollow rib deck and concrete upper floors with standing seam cladding, render, curtain walling and timber cladding.
