Construction of new 3 storey classroom block, living accommodation on the top floor and multi-use hall providing range of activities from amateur dramatics to cricket practice at Old Buckenham School, Suffolk. This facility also benefited from the underfloor heating, hardwood flooring and acoustic panel ceiling.
For both phases a structural steel frame, precast concrete floors and stairs were utilised, with traditional slate to the curved phase 1 roof and zinc to the multi-use hall. Faceted aluminium windows to the clerestory level and aluminium windows and doors to the remaining building was then clad in Siberian Larch.
