We successfully transformed an existing farm building into a charming rustic farm shop, delivering a comprehensive renovation that balanced character with modern functionality.
Our works included the installation of new double doors to create an inviting main entrance, complemented by UPVC windows and external timber weather boarding that enhanced the building's traditional aesthetic. Inside, we fitted bespoke timber shelving throughout the retail space and installed energy-efficient LED lighting to create a bright, welcoming environment for customers.
Electrical works included dedicated power supplies for commercial refrigeration units and shop fittings, ensuring the space was fully equipped for retail operations. To ensure accessibility for all customers, we constructed a concrete access ramp complete with handrails, meeting disabled access requirements.
The completed project provides our client with a fully functional, attractive retail space that respects the building's agricultural heritage while meeting all modern retail and accessibility standards.
