Parsons Heath Medical Centre

This project involved the conversion and extension of an existing dwelling to create a new GP practice, providing additional accommodation to support the existing Parsons Heath Medical Practice located opposite, as well as the wider group of facilities operated by Colchester Medical Practice. The scheme transformed the building into a modern, functional healthcare environment, carefully designed to meet clinical requirements.

The works were carried out adjacent to a busy, fully operational GP surgery, requiring a carefully managed construction approach. All deliveries and site access were routed through the active car park, demanding detailed coordination to maintain patient safety, minimise disruption, and ensure the continued operation of the medical practice throughout the project.
