Construction of a purpose built steel framed workshop, warehouse and office facility for Scantech Offshore Ltd.
The facility comprised LED warehouse and office lighting alongside an energy efficient gas heating system. The three storey office block section comprised a feature powder coated steel staircase with stainless steel ballustrades with a generally standard office fit out at all levels.
