The construction of a new 3 storey detached sixth form annexe, comprising of new classrooms and associated welfare provisions, platform lift and upper roof deck patio area.
Utilising a structural steel frame, precast concrete floors and stairs, Bauder roof coverings, aluminium windows and doors we have alongside the design team created a contemporary minimalist teaching facility.
The building is constructed with exposed services and construction build up’s with isolated acoustic raft ceilings, exposed fair faced blockwork and aluminium timber composite windows.
