Commencing in April 2017, our works consist of an extension to the existing dining hall with new linked corridor, 1 no classbase extension and internal alterations to existing classbase.
The project also includes all associated mechanical & electrical service works, decoration & external landscaping to accommodate the new construction.
Secured under the Suffolk County Council Framework, valued at £591k these works are due to be complete in August 2017.
