About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Small Works Team and facilitate smooth project administration and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Small Works Team, managing critical project documentation and office processes
- Maintain and update tender registers, coordinate subcontractor and material price enquiries
- Support site teams by managing drawing registers, preparing site packs, and handling document processing
- Accurately record and update data in CAFM and internal systems with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and issue comprehensive Operations and Maintenance manuals for completed projects
- Manage effective communication across office and site staff, contractors, and stakeholders
- Handle sales invoicing and efficient management of incoming communications
- Assist with occasional procurement of materials and products
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking full accountability for tasks
- Deadline-driven approach with a commitment to meeting key targets
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or civil engineering administration (desirable but not mandatory)
