Vacancy – Operations Co-ordinator - £23 - £30k p.a (dependent upon experience)


Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to join our busy and thriving construction team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of many areas of the business whilst working across multiple teams to deliver excellence to our Clients.

Responsibilities
- Organise and be responsible for staff training company wide.
- Understand, organise and record social value and environmental initiatives / targets.
- Assist in the production of written bids for new projects.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support our construction teams.

- Responsible for company accreditations such as ISO9001/14001

- Input data accurately into computerised systems
- Updating our website and social media channels

 

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software such as Excel, Outlook etc.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties effectively.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Experience in Bid Writing / Social Value / ISO Accreditations desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
